Turn off your Amazon Fire tablet completely. Press and hold Power + Volume Up until the Amazon logo appears, then release. When the recovery menu shows, use Volume buttons to highlight Factory Reset or Wipe Data, press Power to confirm, then select Yes to begin resetting.
