Navigate to Menu (three lines) → Settings → Privacy & Security. Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data and select Cached Web Content.
Click Clear to quickly delete the cache.
Open Firefox, click the menu (three lines) - Help - About Firefox.
It will automatically check for updates and install them.
Restart Firefox to finish updating.
