Yes, you can share YouTube TV, but there are limits. YouTube TV allows up to 3 simultaneous streams per account and recommends sharing only with people in your household. Sharing outside your home may violate their terms.

• The members will all have to reside in the same house.

You can share YouTube TV with others through Family Sharing, but it’s mainly meant for people in the same household. The account holder, called the family manager, can invite up to five other Google accounts to join the family group.

Everyone gets their own profiles, watch history, and DVR, but all accounts must connect to the home location at least once every three months to keep access. If someone lives in another house or state, YouTube TV may block their access unless they reconnect from the home area again. So yes, sharing works but it’s restricted by the location rule.
