I’ve recently noticed a few dead pixels on my screen that stay black all the time. I’m wondering if there’s any safe method to fix them without replacing the display. I’ve seen tools and tricks online but not sure what actually works. Has anyone successfully fixed dead pixels?

Dead pixels are small dots on a display that remain unlit or black. Actual dead pixels are typically permanent, and so-called stuck pixels can be corrected. You can use software such as JScreenFix or rub the screen lightly with a soft cloth (when it is safe). In rare cases, a restart can be beneficial. Professional repair or replacement of the screen is the surest solution in case the problem continues.
