No, Instagram doesn’t notify when you screenshot regular chats. However, it does send a notification if you screenshot disappearing photos or videos in DMs.

Hey, @Nitin Rathore In general DM messages on Instagram do not notify the screenshots.

If you open the Vanish Mode then you can check if any of the users have taken the screenshot then it should be noticed in your DM messages. The user will get notified if the vanish mode opens within their DM chats.
