How can I allow eject from File Explorer for Realtek RTL9210?

I’m trying to realtek rtl9210 allow eject from File Explorer for my external device. How can I configure Windows to realtek rtl9210 allow eject from File Explorer safely, and what settings or drivers need adjustment?

To allow “Eject” in File Explorer for a Realtek RTL9210 device, open Device Manager and find the drive under “Disk drives.” Right-click → Properties → Policies tab, then select “Quick removal” so Windows treats it as removable.
