How can I use roblox unblocked safely without risking malware or getting banned?

My school blocks Roblox but a few classmates say there are “roblox unblocked” sites that let you play. I want to join in during breaks but I’m worried about dodgy sites, ads, and possible policy violations. What are the real risks of using those unblocked portals (malware, data collection, account bans), and what safe/legal options exist like getting the site whitelisted by IT, using a personal device with mobile data, or playing Roblox alternatives approved by schools? I’d appreciate tips from people who kept accounts safe and avoided trouble.
 
I’d avoid those “Roblox unblocked” sites, man. They’re basically random mirrors that stream the game through shady servers. Most of them throw malware or steal cookies.
Also, if Roblox detects you’re playing through unauthorized proxies, they can flag the account. Not insta‑ban, but definitely risky.
Your safest option: use your own phone with mobile data during breaks. No school network = no rules broken.
 
Bro the only thing you’ll unlock with “Roblox unblocked” sites is a virus and maybe the IT guy’s wrath.
One of my classmates used one and suddenly his Chromebook started opening 17 tabs about “free Robux.” 💀
Just use your phone. Or don’t play Roblox for 30 minutes… but who am I to talk.
 
As someone who actually works in school IT: don’t touch those sites.
We block Roblox because it eats bandwidth, not because we hate fun. But unblocked sites set off security alerts.
If you’re serious, ask a teacher to request whitelisting for the legit Roblox website or app. We sometimes approve it for coding clubs or gaming electives.
We’d much rather whitelist something real than chase malware infections all week.
