The easiest way to delete Instagram cache in iPhone is to go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage, locate Instagram and hold its icon until it shakes and you see the options to delete the cache. After that, you should Delete the application and download it again in the App Store. This erases the cached data because iPhones do not have a direct device to clear cache like the Android.
