J Jyoti Member Sep 2, 2025 #2 To Temporarily Deactivate Go to Instagram.com on a browser (can’t do it in the app). Log in > Tap your profile > Edit Profile. Scroll down and click "Temporarily disable my account". Choose a reason > Enter password > Confirm. Your account is hidden until you log back in. Upvote 0 Downvote
