You can’t delete Snapchat stories from Snapchat Web.
Story management (viewing or deleting) is only available in the mobile app.

You can’t delete Snapchat stories from Snapchat Web. Story management is only available in the Snapchat mobile app. Open the app, go to My Story, tap the three dots, and delete the snap there.
On Snapchat Web, go to profile.snapchat.com → My Posts under My Story → click the Snap you want to remove → hit Delete → confirm. This lets you delete posts from the web.
You can delete your Snapchat story from the web by signing into profile.snapchat.com, choosing My Story/Myst Posts, selecting the Snap and clicking Delete, then confirming. Web deletion doesn’t work for public profiles yet.
To remove a Snapchat story via web: log in at profile.snapchat.com, go to My Posts, find the story Snap under My Story, and choose Delete → confirm. This works for regular stories but not public profile posts.
Log in on Snapchat Web (profile.snapchat.com) → open My Story/My Posts → click the Snap you want gone → click Delete and confirm. That removes it from your story online
To delete a Snapchat story online: visit profile.snapchat.com, open My Story/My Posts, select the Snap and hit Delete, then confirm. You’ll remove that story snap from your account via the desktop browser version.
