To enable dark mode on Windows, go to Settings > Personalization > Colors, then select Dark under "Choose your color."

On Mac, open System Settings (or System Preferences on older versions), go to Appearance, and select Dark Mode.

Both systems also offer an Auto option, which switches between light and dark modes based on the time of day. This improves visibility in low-light conditions and reduces eye strain.
