My system has become incredibly slow over the last few months, and I want to wipe everything and start fresh. How do i restore a dell laptop to factory settings using the built-in SupportAssist Recovery partition?
Open Settings, select System, then Recovery, and choose Reset this PC. Select Remove everything for a full factory reset. Follow on-screen instructions and keep your Dell laptop plugged in.
To restore a Dell laptop to factory settings, back up your data, restart the system, press F8 or F12, choose Recovery or Reset this PC, then follow on-screen instructions to reinstall the original Windows configuration.
