How do i take a screenshot on my Dell Laptop?

To capture what is on your Dell screen, hold down the PrtScn (Print Screen) key. With the active window, just press Alt + PrtScn or use Windows + Shift + S to capture only a selected area. The screenshot is automatically saved either to your clipboard or the Screenshots folder in Pictures.
 
  • Full screen:
    Press PrtScn → Paste in Paint (Ctrl + V)
  • Active window:
    Press Alt + PrtScn → Paste in editor
  • Custom area:
    Press Windows + Shift + S → Select area → Paste
  • Auto save screenshot:
    Press Windows + PrtScn → Saved in Pictures > Screenshots

Press PrtScn. When you’re done, use the image app or Paint, press Ctrl + V to paste, and store it safely.
