To unlock Call of Duty, you may be attempting to unlock a player in the game, or you may be attempting to unlock your account following a ban. In order to unblock a player, visit the Account and Network settings and the Blocked Players section or access the Social tab and the Recent Players section of the blocked list and unblock him/her.
