Is “My Eyes Only” on Snapchat even private?
It's pretty private; an extra layer of passcode protection lets you keep things secure, and Snapchat can't even access them.
Here's the catch:
- You're completely out of luck if you forget the passcode. There's no reset option.
- Use a passcode that isn't easy to guess; avoid something like your birthday.
- If someone has your phone and knows the code, there is no way of denying access.
So basically, as long as you behave with discretion. Don't treat it like a total freakin' secure thing, though.
