How to add highlights on Instagram from the camera roll?

I want to add highlights without posting a story .... How can I accomplish it?

True! Here's how it looks simplified:

• Open Instagram and go to your profile.
• Tap the "+" under your biography to create a new highlight.
• Select "Select from Camera Roll" to pick photos or videos from your phone.
• Choose what you want to add.
• Name your highlight, and then tap "Add."

Done! Your highlight will appear on your profile.

To add highlights on Instagram from the camera roll, upload the photo/video to your Story first, then tap “Highlight,” create a new highlight or add it to an existing one.

1. Save the photo/video you want in your phone's gallery (camera roll).
2. Open Instagram, go to your profile, tap "New" under Highlights.
3. Select the saved file, add a title, and post!
