How to add printer to iPad settings?

I want to print out important documents, please guide me so that I can add printer to my iPad.

A successful printer addition to your iPad requires that it and the printer share the same Wi-Fi network. You need to have your document or photo open, then press the Share icon, after which you should pick "Print" followed by choosing an AirPrint-compatible printer from the available list.
