Recently, I face issues in capturing snaps on Snapchat. How can I allow Snapchat to access my phone's camera?

In the Settings menu of your phone, go to Apps, find Snapchat under the list, select Permissions, and turn on Camera permission. Visit Settings on your iPhone, choose Snapchat, and toggle the Camera access to ‘On’.

To allow Snapchat access to your camera in 2025, follow these steps:


For iPhone:

1. Open Settings.
2. Scroll down and tap Snapchat.
3. Tap Camera.
4. Toggle Camera access to On.

For Android:

1. Open Settings.
2. Go to Apps or Apps & notifications.
3. Find and select Snapchat.
4. Tap Permissions.
5. Enable Camera permission.
