To someone's channel first move on to the About Section where you will locate the Flag Icon to block their account by selecting "Block User" and validating your decision. Using this method you can stop a user from leaving comments on your videos.

Steps to Block People on YouTube: -
1. Click on the user's message or the menu where they wrote their comment.
2. Choose the Block option.
3. A pop-up will appear, click Block.

You can block someone on YouTube by going to their profile, clicking the three dots, and selecting "Block user." They won’t be able to comment on your videos anymore.
