In-person: Visit your home gym, fill out the cancellation form, and return any key cards—typically with a 30-day notice.
Phone: Call customer service (check your club’s number), provide your membership ID and details, and request cancellation—expect a $15 fee at most locations.
Email or mail: Send a written request including your name, membership ID, and “Membership Cancellation” to the gym’s customer service.
Freeze option: If needed, you can freeze your membership for up to three months for a small monthly fee (~$5).
In order to cancel your EOS Fitness membership online, you have to enter into an account with EOS Fitness using their official site or mobile application and go to the Membership or Accounts Settings section and choose the option of Cancel Membership. Complete the following instructions to cancel and make sure that you get a confirmation e-mail.
I did this recently—just log in to your EOS account, go to Account Settings → Membership, and choose Cancel Membership. Make sure to follow any confirmation prompts so it actually goes through.
