To change your Instagram bio, open the app and go to your profile. Tap “Edit Profile,” then tap the “Bio” section. Type your new bio (up to 150 characters), then tap “Done” or the checkmark. Your updated bio will appear immediately on your profile. Edit anytime as needed.
