How to check my internet access?

My Internet is not working for days. Can anyone please tell me how can I check my internet access?
Try out some of the major key points to resolve your query. However, just doing a speed test doesn't resolve your query.
  • Restart your device.
  • Restart your internet connection or router.
  • Unplug/plugin the LAN cable if you are using it.
  • Control Panel > Network & Internet > Network and Sharing Center > Disable/Enable your network.
  • Update the Windows or your network drivers.
  • Contact the Internet Service Provider.
If the above points don't work for you, kindly drop down your query again. Will try to resolve it.

To check your internet access, you can:
  1. Ping a website: Open Command Prompt (Windows) or Terminal (Mac/Linux) and type ping google.com. If you get a response, your internet is working.
  2. Check your browser: Open a web browser and visit any website. If the page loads, you're connected.

You can check your internet access by opening a web browser and trying to visit a website like google.com. If the page loads, your internet is working.

If not, try these steps:
1. Check Wi-Fi or Ethernet Connection – Make sure you’re connected.
2. Restart Your Router – Turn it off, wait 10 seconds, and turn it back on.
3. Run a Network Troubleshooter – On Windows, go to Settings > Network & Internet > Troubleshoot. On Mac, go to System Settings > Network.
4. Try Another Device – See if other devices are working to check if the problem is with your device or the network.
