How to check pc specs on Windows?

I have bought a 13450HX processor gaming laptop but forgot to check the other specifications of the device, like DDR RAM type, graphic card, display resolution, etc. Can anyone help on how to check PC specs on Windows?

Simply press Windows + R, then type dxdiag and press Enter to get a detailed specification of your system, such as the RAM, processor, and graphics.
