How to clear recents on Snapchat app?

I'm trying to clear my 'Recents' list on Snapchat to tidy up my chat screen. I've looked through the settings but can't seem to find the right option. Has anyone done this before? Any guidance would be appreciated!"

You can delete your chat history or search history by following Settings > Clear Data > Clear Recents.

For deleting chat history from snapchat just go to setting, then click on history, then click on clear data, then the option will come select clear recents. By following these steps you can clear your recent history from snapchat.
