How to close Snapchat account temporarily?

For deactivate your Snap chat account temporarily just login first and go to setting and click on delete my account and your account will deactivated for next 30 days.

To temporarily deactivate Snapchat, go to accounts.snapchat.com, log in, and select "Delete My Account." Your account will be deactivated for 30 days before permanent deletion.
