How to delete recycle bin from desktop?

I want to remove the recycle bin icon from my desktop. Is there a simple way to do this without affecting system files?

On Windows:
Right-click desktop → Personalize → Themes → Desktop icon settings → uncheck “Recycle Bin” → Apply.

Note: It hides the icon, not deletes it permanently.

To remove Recycle Bin from desktop, right-click on desktop and select Personalize. Go to Themes > Desktop icon settings, uncheck Recycle Bin, then click Apply and OK. The icon will disappear from your desktop immediately in Windows system settings panel.
