I have facing some issue in my iPad hence have been suggested to do factory reset. But I'm unable to do this process. Can anyone please guide me?

To factory reset an iPad without Apple ID and password, you typically need to use third-party tools like Tenorshare 4uKey, iMyFone LockWiper, or similar software. These tools can remove the Apple ID and disable Activation Lock, but using them may have legal and ethical implications if you’re not the device's rightful owner.

Apple ID and password are required for factory resetting iPad under the 3 cases here:
  • You want to erase iPad in the lock screen by using the Erase iPad option.
  • You want to erase iPad via iCloud Find My or Find My app.
  • You need to bypass Activation Lock after factory resetting your iPad.
In other words, if you haven't turned off Find My iPad before, you can factory reset your iPad without Apple ID and password via iTunes or Finder in Recovery Mode.
