How to fix Morrowind render creation error in Windows 11?

I get a render creation error whenever I try to launch Morrowind. Can anyone tell me the reason behind this error and how to fix it?

Fix Morrowind Render Error in Windows 11:

Run as Admin → Right-click game .exe → Properties → Compatibility → Run as admin.
Disable Fullscreen Optimizations → Same menu → Check "Disable fullscreen optimizations".
Patch with MCP → Install Morrowind Code Patch (mod) for modern OS fixes.
