May I please have the name and ID of the rep handling this?
Say it calmly and keep pushing for the calculation. If they refuse to provide numbers, ask for a supervisor. If they give a promise, ask how long until the credit posts and whether it will be visible on the next bill. Good copy-paste weapon.
