How to Fix Storage Issues by Compressing PST Files on a Server?

I am currently facing storage problems on our server because several users’ PST files have become extremely large over time. The server storage is filling up quickly, and performance has also started to slow down. I want to know if there’s a reliable way to compress PST files directly on the server to reduce their size and free up space.

If your mail server is constantly experiencing issues like full storage, slow performance, or frequent backup failures, the culprit could be large PST files. Compressing these files can easily reduce server load. I recently tried Softaken Compress PST Software, and it truly proved to be a great and safe tool for reducing PST size.

Key benefits I found
  • Quickly compresses PST files without any data loss
  • Option to save attachments to a separate folder
  • Easily shrinks even large PST files
  • Outlook performance noticeably improves
If you're experiencing server storage issues, slow Outlook, or frequent backup errors, this tool is a good and reliable solution. It's also very easy to use, making it easy for even non-technical users to operate.
