This usually happens when Secure Boot is off, just restart your PC, enter BIOS/UEFI (F2/Del/Esc), switch Boot Mode to UEFI, enable Secure Boot, save, and reboot. If it still shows, update BIOS and make sure your disk is GPT, not MBR.
Enable Secure Boot by entering BIOS/UEFI settings, setting boot mode to UEFI, disabling Legacy or CSM, and enabling Secure Boot. Ensure your system disk uses GPT format. Updating BIOS and resetting Secure Boot keys can also help fix the error.
