I'm encountering this error on my operating system could anyone provide me with technical assistance to solve my issue?

This usually happens when Secure Boot is off, just restart your PC, enter BIOS/UEFI (F2/Del/Esc), switch Boot Mode to UEFI, enable Secure Boot, save, and reboot. If it still shows, update BIOS and make sure your disk is GPT, not MBR.
