If you can't hear the sound in your Windows, then check the volume leveler first on the bottom left side of the taskbar. If it is not working through this, then try these steps, which are given below.

• Open the "Windows settings".
• Select the "System".
• Tap on the "Sound".
• Select the "App volume and device preferences" under the Advanced Sound Options.
• Drop down below and click on the last "Reset" button to reset all the sound settings in Windows.
