How to go frame by frame on YouTube easily?

I think that I saw something on a YouTube video but it is hard for me to pinpoint that particular time frame. Is there a way to see frame by frame?

Stop the clip, check that it is active, and then click on either to advance or go back to the last frame.

Find a video and pause it. Press the "," key to go backwards frame-by-frame, or "." to go forwards. Press the left arrow key to rewind by five seconds, or press the right arrow key to fast-forward by five seconds. On mobile or Smart TVs, select the cog icon and then "Playback speed".
