M Mateo Member Apr 13, 2026 #2 To lock cells in Microsoft Excel : Select cells → Right-click → Format Cells → Protection → Uncheck “Locked” (for editable cells) Go to Review → Protect Sheet Set a password (optional) → Click OK Locked cells can’t be edited after protecting the sheet.
