I am using Microsoft Outlook (from Microsoft) for daily office work, and over time, my PST file has grown very large. Because of this, Outlook is running slowly, searches take longer, and sometimes I even get warnings about mailbox or data file size limits. My PST file contains several years of emails, attachments, and sent items, and I cannot delete important business emails. I want to reduce the PST file size without losing any data. I also want to avoid corruption or performance issues after shrinking the file. What is the safest and most effective way to minimize PST file size in Microsoft Outlook?
