You do not know the users who visit your Instagram. Instagram does not provide an option that shows who viewed your profile but only displays who likes your Stories or what visitors liked your posts. Disregard 3rd-party applications that promise to reveal visitors to your profile (their reliability is doubtful, and they can lead to the loss of your personal data). To be able to view aggregate Insights (profile visits, reach) without individual names, upgrade to a Professional/Business account.
