The easiest way is to link your Facebook and Instagram accounts via Meta Accounts Center. Then, when you create a new post (photo, video, Reel, or Story) on Facebook, you'll see a toggle to also share it directly to Instagram before you publish.
In 2025, to share a Facebook post to Instagram, make sure your accounts are linked, then while posting on Facebook, check the Instagram sharing option before tapping Post.
