How to take a screenshot on iphone with fingers and buttons?

The gesture function that I was using in my iPhone for screenshots is no longer functional. I guess that I have to use my poor fingers for that. Tell me which button to push?

To take a screenshot on an iPhone using buttons, press the Side button (or Top button) and the Volume Up button at the same time, then quickly release both—your screen will flash, and the screenshot will save to Photos. If you prefer using fingers (gestures), go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Back Tap, then set Double Tap or Triple Tap to “Screenshot”—now just tap the back of your iPhone with your finger to capture the screen.

To take a screenshot on an iPhone, press the Side button and Volume Up button at the same time. For older models, press the Home button and Side/Top button together. You can also use Back Tap: go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Back Tap, and assign “Screenshot” to double or triple tap gestures.
