1. Reboot your PC
2. Get Updates
3. Open the Application through the functionality of Administrator privileges.
4. Run the File System Check:
You should open Command Prompt with administrative privileges to run `sfc /scannow`.
5. Google the error code
Still nothing? Then Restore the system and Reset this PC.
Select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters, and then select Additional troubleshooters. Note: The following shortcut button directly opens Settings to the Troubleshoot page. Select the type of troubleshooting you want to do, then select Run the troubleshooter.
