How to turn on Apple Watch from off mode?

To turn on an Apple Watch from off mode, press and hold the side button until the Apple logo appears. Release the button and wait for the watch to start. If the Apple Watch doesn’t respond, connect it to a charger to ensure the battery has enough power.
 
If your Apple Watch is powered off, press and hold the side button on the right side. When the Apple logo appears, release the button. The Apple Watch will boot normally. If nothing happens, charge the Apple Watch for a few minutes before trying again.
