Hey,

Recently I have also go through same problem, later I got know that I can easily view EML files with attachments without installing Microsoft Outlook by using a dedicated EML Viewer tool.

I would recommend SysTools EML reader, which lets you open and read EML emails, preview attachments, and examine message properties such as sender, recipient, subject, and headers without any email client dependency. The tool preserves the original email formatting and is easy to use.

If you work with a large number of EML files, SysTools EML Viewer Pro or Pro+ can be a better option. These versions include advanced search and filter features to quickly locate specific emails and also provide export options to save EML files in formats like PDF, MSG, CSV, and PST.

This can be especially useful for email migration, backup, or sharing purposes. Have you tried this tool, if so, then let me know.

You can view EML files with attachments without installing Outlook by using built-in email applications, web-based EML viewers, or alternative email clients that support the EML format. Some browsers and file viewers can also open EML files and display their contents. To access attachments, open the EML file in a compatible program and look for attached files within the message. Always use trusted software or websites, especially when opening EML files from unknown sources.

If you have EML files with attachments and do not want to install Outlook, you can open them through a web-based EML viewer, a dedicated EML reader, or other email clients compatible with EML format such as Mozilla Thunderbird. A lot of free EML viewer utilities provide the ability to open emails, read their message content, and directly access attachments. Even some file viewers and browsers can show you the EML content, but their ability to handle attachments is limited to varying degrees. To get the best results, rely on a EML viewer that is secure, retains the email format, metadata, and attachments and does not need Outlook.
