Hey when I print a doc from Word the text looks tiny on paper even though it looks fine on screen. Is there a way to zoom or scale the print output (without changing the page layout)? I’m using Office 365 on Windows any quick settings or tips?

You can’t technically “zoom” the print, but you can scale it. Go to File > Print > Settings, then under the last dropdown (where it says “1 Page Per Sheet”), pick Scale to Paper Size or Custom Scaling. I usually bump it up to 110% if it prints too small. Works great without messing up margins.

Bro, Word just loves gaslighting us 😂 Looks perfect on screen, then prints like it’s from a pocket dictionary. I just hit “Save as PDF” and print from there somehow the PDF version behaves better. Microsoft logic, I guess.

Don’t scale it, just fix your default printer settings. Scaling in Word sometimes makes the print blurry. If you go to your printer properties before printing, there’s usually a “Fit to Page” or “Enlarge/Reduce” option that’s cleaner. Word scaling is kinda messy IMO.
