Is GTA 5 crossplay between PC, Xbox, and PlayStation?

I would like to play GTA 5 Online with my friends, but they all are on different platforms. Is it crossplay-enabled or is it only possible to play with individuals on the same console/PC in GTA 5?

There is limited cross‑generation support for example, PS5 players can join PS4 players if they both run the PS4 version of the game, and the same goes for Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One

However, full cross‑platform play between PC, Xbox, and PlayStation isn’t available and is very unlikely to be added before GTA 6 releases.
