Is PUBG a cross-platform game, or is it a native application for each specific platform?

Cross-platform means that players can interact with one another on different platforms (listen for example, PC, Xbox, PlayStation). However, PUBG Mobile does not allow cross-play with its PC or console counterparts since the control mechanisms differ. The other definition is native application, which means, by definition, an app built and optimized for a platform: PC, console, or mobile.

PUBG (PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds) is a cross platform game. In other words, players on Xbox and PlayStation can play together. But the console and PC pubg, PUBG Mobile, isn’t tied to each other, that means mobile players can not play with console or PC players. That means PUBG goes only partially cross-platform, not fully unified in between all devices.
