Is the TUF Gaming B650-E WIFI a Good Choice for a Ryzen 7000 Build?

I am currently planning a new AM5 build and I’m looking at the tuf gaming b650-e wifi as my primary motherboard option. It seems to have a solid VRM layout and plenty of M.2 slots, but I’m worried about the boot times I’ve been reading about with DDR5 memory. If you are currently using this specific board, how has the BIOS stability been for you, and did you encounter any issues with the Wi-Fi signal strength?
