The heart symbol on Snapchat usually shows how close you are with someone. A 
next to a friend means you’re each other’s #1 best friend, meaning you send the most snaps to each other.

The friendship level is depicted by means of heart emojis in Snapchat:
- Yellow Heart You are the best of friends (sending the biggest snaps to one another the most).
- Heart of Red: You have been good friends in 2 consecutive weeks.
- Saffron Hearts: You have been a best friend in the past two months.
