Yes @Muskan you are right here. I have also using the Snapchat platform since my last graduation year. For the very first time, I didn't know about this. But after many conversations, the exact meaning of this slang is "That's Serious". However, most people use this to dedicate as the "True Story" being posted itself or even by someone else through their Snapchat story.
