People jump to drivers way too fast. Unless you installed something recently, it’s almost always a shortcut or setting. Windows doesn’t randomly “lock” keyboards for no reason.

If none of the settings help, plug in another keyboard. If that works, your original keyboard might be physically damaged from cleaning. Happens more than anyone admits.
