Which gta v fastest car in the game gives the best top speed and is worth the money?

I’m getting back into GTA Online and want to know the gta v fastest car in the game right now not just acceleration but real top speed on highways and performance after common upgrades. I’ve spent money on cars before and want to avoid wasting cash on something that looks fast in the menu but is mediocre in practice. Please compare a few contenders (top speed, handling, best tuning, where to buy/unlock) and mention whether they’re still meta after recent patches.

Nah bro, Krieger has lower top than Pariah/Banshee on the freeway you’ll get overtaken. Pariah is smoother and cheaper.
