Why are wasd and arrow keys swapped on my keyboard?

I noticed that wasd and arrow keys swapped behavior is happening on my system. The keys are not functioning as expected. Why does wasd and arrow keys swapped issue occur and how can I fix wasd and arrow keys swapped problem? Any solution would be helpful.
